If you wish to have your order shipped to a state other than one listed above, on your behalf, we may be able to assist you by using a third party shipper, to select states. Additional shipping fees may apply. Please do not use the on-line order form. Print an order form and e-mail it to karind@hestan.com, or fax to 707-551-2951 or mail it to us.

All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and title passes to you in California. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. You, as buyer, are solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
