If you wish to have your order shipped to a state other than one listed above, on your behalf, we may be able to assist you by using a third party shipper, to select states. Shipping fees will apply. Please do not use the on-line order form. Print an order form and e-mail it to aileen@hestan.com, or fax to 707-438-3882 or mail it to us.
You must be at least 21 years of age to place an order. Adult signature is required upon delivery of the package(s).
All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and title passes to you in California. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. You, as buyer, are solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
